Wedding Ceremony with Reception (Additional Charge)

Includes set-up and take down of chairs, wedding coordinator, décor, music and rehearsal (rehearsal generally one  hour to an hour-and-a-half before the ceremony, bride need not attend). The officiator is the responsibility of the wedding party. There is a spacious garden area for out-door ceremonies, as well as large in-door ceremony rooms for 100+ guests available. Additional Information and Policies

  • $1,000 deposit will secure your wedding date and is non-refundable, however it can be used for up to a year from your initial booking date for a future event/date
  • 12 weeks prior to your event or at the planning meeting (whichever comes first), an additional $1,500 is to be paid
  • Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted, all credit card processing fees to be paid by customer
  • Your guest count, menu selections, and remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
  • Upon cancellation or moving your date 12 weeks prior to the event, all deposits and payments become non-refundable
  • All Reception Catering Menus much be provided by Ivy Lane. Wedding cakes can be served along side the food, but not in place of it.
  • A “Planning Meeting” must be set up by the bride to take place 10-12 weeks before the event
  • There is an additional well-lit parking lot on the north side of 25th Street. Handicap access is at the east entrance
  • If cake, flowers or invitations are not needed, you may receive a credit for the appropriate amount to use toward additional food or services outside what is included in the package.
